Is donating on this website safe?

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We never see or store your card details. Your personal information is protected under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major debit and credit cards, and net banking. For cash donations at our Varanasi office, please contact us — note that cash donations above ₹2,000 are not eligible for Section 133 (80G) tax deduction.

Can I cancel my monthly donation?

Yes. You can cancel a recurring donation at any time by emailing or calling us. There is no penalty and no questions asked.

I made a donation but did not receive a receipt. What do I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still have not received a receipt within 30 minutes, email us with your name, donation amount, and transaction reference number and we will resend it within 24 hours.
