What we collect

When you donate, contact us, or sign up to volunteer, we collect your name, email, phone number, address, and — if you request a tax certificate — your PAN. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment gateway, Razorpay, and are never stored on our servers.

Why we collect it

To issue donation receipts and Form 114 tax certificates, to file Form 113 with the Income Tax Department, to respond to your enquiries, and to send you optional updates about the trust's work.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to our statutory record-keeping obligations for donation and tax records). Contact [email] for any such request.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share only what is legally required with the Income Tax Department (for Form 113/114 filing) and our payment gateway (for processing your transaction).
